Would you use this tool in your class?

Motivation, Daniel Pink and a White Board HMMM
With almost 4 million views at youtube I think some of you have seen this video. As I watched it today it made me think about how I teach. The reward system we offer students for completed work and what we have to do to foster "REAL" thinking. My brain is still coming up with ideas Daniel Pink mentioned in his talk.
Drive The Surprising Truth about What Motivates Us.
The way this artist renders the talk into cartoon ideas is so intriguing. I have many talented students in my class and oodles of white board space. Perhaps this style of movie will be motivating to my students or yours.
Please leave a reply with your thoughts on this video.
Thanks
